Do I need to register as a user to contribute for fundraising or social giving projects?
No, you can make contributions as a guest user.
- Click the Fund (for a fundraising project) or Donate (for a Social Giving Project).
- Fill in the details (Name, Surname, Email ID, Phone Number, Country and Amount in the currency based on the country)
- Select Fund/Donate
- You will be directed to the payment page
- Select the payment type
- Make the payment
Can I make an offline payment for SYNE Projects?
Our offline payments allow campaign owners to track payments made via cash, checks, bank transfers, at the desk, postal orders, or any other means besides online payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, PayPal, etc. Once we have received the payment, we will have to manually record it in SYNE.
Always use the project name or project URL as the reference while making an offline transaction.
Will I get charged for using my debit card or credit card for a campaign?
The contributor is not liable for payment charges related to Credit Cards or Debit Cards. It is paid by the fund raiser.
