Direct Bank Transfer Payments rather than Online Payment

  1. Login to SYNE Platform 
  2. Select a Project that is active
  3. Select Fund for Funding Projects or Donate for  Social Giving Projects
  4. You will be navigated to the Transactions Page
  5. There, you will be prompted to enter :
    1. Amount (currency based on base location)
    2. Payments Type (choose Direct Transfer from the Payment Types available)
    3. Other details about Payments (eg. Bank details etc) 
    4. Select Submit.

Note: The amount should be an INTEGER and not a decimal. 

When you progress to the payment page, select direct payment. The system will show the SYNE Bank Account details in your country. Not all countries are having the direct transfer facility available now. The available ones are,

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • EU Countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain)
