Editing Bank Account Details
Yes, a registered user can update the Bank Account details. You will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process again for the new Bank Account details.
What should I do if my account name and Bank account name is different?
The responsibility of user account lies with user. If your account name and Bank account credentials are not matching, please contact the support team with necessary documentation to get the funds released.
What if I enter my bank account information wrong?
Your account information will be rejected at our end if the provided details are not correct. We will verify your details based on the electronically submitted Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.
You can change your Bank Account details once rejected or even request for a change to the current one anytime.
