On completion of the projects, all payment settlements are automatically processed by SYNE based on the account credentials provided by the fundraiser. SYNE withholds the transaction amount in case of claims pending from contributors and the same is released to the project owner once claims are processed.
Once your project is active and start receiving payments, If it’s a social giving project, SYNE payouts arrive in your bank account on a 7-day rolling basis Or you can opt to receive payouts during project end.
If it’s a fundraising project we process the payment only during the project end.
