How do I activate my SYNE account?
- Register as a user with valid credentials at syne.com
- You will receive an email with the account activation link.
- Select the link and the system should validate your email id at syne.com
- And the activation will screen will prompt you to enter the Mobile OTP to validate your mobile number.
- Once complete, you will see the message “Your account is now activated. Please Login to SYNE’.
- Please access syne.com to login using your provided email address and password.
| Note: The activation link and OTP is active only for a maximum of 30 minutes. |
How to get a new activation link when the SYNE account is not activated?
- If you haven’t activated your SYNE account within 30 minutes of receiving the activation email, you need to generate a new activation link.
- Go to syne.com page and select Login option.
- In the login option enter your user name and password, the system will show you the message Your account is not activated along with an option to Resend Activation Link.
- Select ‘Resend Activation Link’
- You will get an activation link in your registered email id.
- Please select that within 30 mins to activate your account.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you’re unable to log in as you can’t remember your password,
- From the Login screen select the Forgot password option.
- Enter your registered email id.
- An account password reset link will be sent to your registered email id with instructions to reset the password.
- You will be logged out of all your active sessions and will be prompted to login with the new password.
