How to deactivate my account?
- Login to your Account and select Settings & Privacy
- Go to the Account option and select Close My Account
- You would be prompted with the message “Your user profile will continue to exist in the system as there are transactions related to your account. You will be able to Reactivate your account anytime in the future. However, your profile won’t be searchable for others and will be hidden until you reactivate your account”
- Click on Deactivate
- Select Deactivate and Your account will be deactivated.
How to reactivate my account?
- Login to your account and select Settings & Privacy
- Select Account Settings
- Select Reactivate My Account
- Your account should be Reactivated
